I found these beautiful and affordable tile selections at the new Floor and Decor Design Studio in Dallas!
The Design Studio is a new concept and is different than their typical stores. It is set up like a showroom – a designer’s dream! However, any of the tiles found here are found in their other big box locations.

I was there last weekend gathering ideas for my custom home build and picking out my tile. I initially thought I’d go for classic subway tile, which is always gorgeous.
But as I kept walking around, I kept getting drawn back to one tile: edgy black picket tile. It’s one of those tiles that makes my heart skip a beat, even though I love subway tile.

What I love about this is that I get to go shop at really high-end places to source the best tile. Then I end up finding the same selection at Floor and Decor for a quarter of the price.

Choosing High End Tile on a Budget
Floor and Decor always has amazing tile on clearance, you never know what you can snag! I literally found the last of this amazing tile on clearance for $7 a sq foot and am now choosing this tile for my master bath!
