Join me in a mini tour of our house.
Let’s start in the kitchen, since that’s where the snacks are!
The main colors in this room are gray and white, so I added red. I love how fun and bright it is. This room feels very cheery, and is accented with my VERY favorite– vintage Christmas and Santas. In fact, I collect them!! Can you see them on the industrial shelving brackets back there? If not, there is a close up later.
This is the hot chocolate bar. There are 3 jars with Hershey’s cocoa, mini-marshmellows, and candy canes (for mint hot chocolate!). Just add hot water (or milk) and it is a yummy treat! (This was the thing I have been most asked about since I talked about it on Fox Good Day last week!)
The computer area….
The farmhouse sink from across the island… More vintage Christmas stuff!! With my favorite lighting used on Fixer Upper.
My son thinks the “snowballs” are baseballs and throws them around the kitchen. In fact, a couple of them are now on top of our cabinets from being thrown too high! I have cotton stems behind it because they look snowy too!
Here is the dining nook. I love using a couple of sets of different china, so they are mismatched but coordinating.
There’s nothing in the glasses. Is that weird?
This Industrial Shelving Bracket is open and houses my vintage finds.
My card catalog houses the snowballs and cotton stems.
Thanks for joining me in the kitchen! Come back soon for the tree and living room!
