Updates for Farmhouse Cottage
Highlight’s in Decor:
-Matching sconces on both sides of the bathroom mirror helped balance the length of the vanity. They are a touch of elegance and a great light source as well!
-The granite vanity featured is a re-purposed buffet. Because normal sinks are BORING! It gives a vintage feel to the space.
-The glass sink added to the vanity gives the space a more modern feel. Even with the sink sitting on top of the vanity there is still plenty of space across the vanity.
-The ornate detail seen in the sconces, vanity, curtains and mirror give the room an elegant touch. Don’t be afraid to mix different styles. Farmhouse elegance is what I like to call this mix!
-The checked gray and white carpet contributes to the farmhouse feel of this space.
-Subway tile with gray grout in the shower is pretty much a farmhouse standard. It works great in combination with the ornate chandelier and blue chair.
-The pale blue walls and white accents throughout give this space a light, clean and airy feel!
-The large tub is surrounded by vintage blue bead board. It gives the space a striking farmhouse vintage look.
-I embellished this space further with patterned pillows, leopard printed decor and towels. Mixing patterns is definitely on trend and always adds some fun, unexpected elements to any space.
