When one of my favorite, fun clients said she was hosting her in-laws for Thanksgiving this year, I knew just the theme that would be fun, festive, and capture the holiday spirit. Glam Thanksgiving!
Sidenote- Is there such a thing? I mean, the Pilgrims were about as ANTI-GLAM as a person could get. But they did have those adorable giant buckles on their shoes, so I think the style was deep inside somewhere!
She lives in a fantastic historical home near Downtown Dallas, and when it was for sale, it was featured in D Magazine! Isn’t that cool!? It was a issue about the hot Dallas Real Estate Market and how many incredible houses are for sale in and near Dallas.

These acorns were one of my favorite finds. I bought them at a local store south of Dallas, The Dove’s Nest, and they are from the 1920’s float in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. When I heard that history, I had to have them, so it was a bonus that they were adorable and matched our theme!
Every fall porch needs a cotton wreath or cotton stems!
