Job description
Courtney Warren Home is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented world- changer who can manage a growing brand online, oversee staff, and become Courtney’s assistant and social media manager. This is a full-time position based in Rockwall, Texas that is 30-40 mostly remote. There will be 1-2 days on-site in meetings or at clients’ homes.
- You are social media savvy. Your friends ask you for help on all things SM.
- You understand Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Flodesk newsletters.
- You know how to create videos, post and plan content, etc.
- You can measure analytics.
- You are a proactive, self-taught problem solver.

A typical day at work might be going to a job site to oversee a client install, leading a staff meeting, returning emails, running to the store and meeting a contractor. You will have responsibility and authority as well as being Courtney Warren’s right hand. You have the opportunity to grow into being a huge role in this company as we scale.
