Adrienne was bored with her dining room and felt it was uninteresting. The bland light fixtures had no personality and the furniture matched so much that there was no interest or color.
With two small kids at home, the family didn’t have a huge transformation budget, so we set to work with the simple updates- a can of paint, new lighting, and some pops of color in the curtains!
We added bold valances, a new dining table painted with chalk paint, and fabric cushions to match the new rug.
My favorite part is the distressed new chandelier with tons of personality. It looks like a whole new room!
We didn’t have to break the bank to make this a more interesting, vibrant, and personality filled room! What small changes can you make in your home like this?
